Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed. -
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@semipeeweea1.com. We will review your case and, if eligible, send a replacement at no additional cost or provide a refund for the price of the item. -
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your order details (sizes, colours, quantities, etc.) before completing your purchase, as we cannot make changes once your order has been submitted. -
Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds Timing
If any refund is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
